MAT  exam is manageable if your basics are clear.Read newspaper regularlyto cover general awareness section.

Qs changes every year.We cannot comment on Question pattern but you are clear with basics then MAT and ATMA is a cakewalk.

For Maharashtra candidates, students have to qualify MH-CET exam to be considered for admissions at PUMBA. Other than MH-CET, Outside Maharashtra Candidates (OMS) can apply through CMAT/CAT. It does not accept MAT score currently.

There are a lot of colleges that seeks admission through MAT.But the cutoffs vary from college to college.As,you are still to give the exma,I would suggest prepare your best and not worry much.
