Yes you can seperately apply colleges apart from preferences list but you shall be required fo pay stipulated fees as described by respective colleges. 

Selection procedure and dates too may vary since you are applying seperately .

No you need not.

Colleges will send you email vased on cutoffs and based on which colleges you have applied flr in MAT applications form. 

You might then have to appesr flr GDPi rlunds or whatever as described by particular college.

In Exams like Xat , Cmat , mat etc we have to fill college admission form for the every particular college to get call for them ?

For CMAT, MAT and XAT you need to fill forms for colleges individually and all colleges will have its own admission process, some directly admit based on entrance exam scores and some also conducting GD, Pi, WAT.

Henece you need to seperately fill forms and no centralised counselling as such.
