there can be some college who can give you admission without appearing the CAT and MAT exam but doing MBA from those colleges  will not be worth! if you do your MBA from good b-school by giving CAT or MAT exam so you can get good job opportunity

yes you can registered yourself for September exam of MAT lasr registration date is 24 august 2018 so there is time in last date of registration.

CMAT stands for common management admission test whereas MAT stands for management aptitude test. These both are admission tests for MBA and are very similar. However number of colleges accepting MAT score are more in number.
