I havent applied for snap and cat for 2017 but will be applying for mat on Jan ...what can I do , if I want to apply for cat and snap ?

CAT and SNAP are conducted once in an year. For 2018 you can expect the CAT registration to open by September 2018 and SNAP by September-October 2018. You need to apply separately for these exams.

Hi Bhumika! Yes, you may take MAT February 2018 and apply through that score for admission to 2018-20 batch. In case your MAT December score is at par and you get calls from your preferred B-schools, then do appear for the GD-PI rounds. If your scores in MAT February is

The MAT results shall be announced by AIMA on December 29th, 2017.

Since you have attempted 82 questions, assuming 90% coreect you can ezpect total marks of 70 as approximate out of 200.
The composite score will then be calculated and printed on your scorecard.

The Admission and selection criteria are different from college to college.

Majority of colleges call students as per qualifying cutoff for further rounds like:-

  • Group Discussion
  • Personal interview
  • Case study
  • Extempore
  • Statement of Purpose

After all above rounds are compleed, cumulative score is calculated on basis of MAT score, Background

The result of MAT December 2017 will be announced by the official conducting body - AIMA in the 4th week of December 2017.

 

MAT result 2017 will be declared in the form of the scorecard.

any chances in itm navi mumbai having scored less than 50% in graduation with 87percentile in mat? ( gen category)

How can a person score 600 marks in MAT as this exam is for 200 marks

Yes you are right that mat is of 200 marks but actually the total marks of the exam are 200 and the scaled score is given out of 800. Most importantly the MAT exam pattern has remained consistent over the years. The marking scheme for this test is 1
