It would be better to go with MAT as you have good percentile as compared to CMAT. do check the cutoff and the process of selection. if both your score is coming in cutoff range then you can use any one.
better idea is to choose a recognized college

Yes, you need to pass OPEN MAT Exam to take admission in IGNOU for MBA.
The IGNOU OPEN MAT MBA last date is 30th June,2020.

There is no provision to get admission in IGNOU in MBA through CMAT score. The admission is based on OPENMAT merit. So you have to appear in IGNOU OPENMAT to get admission in IGNOU. You must have passed graduation in any discipline with 50% marks or its equivalent CGPA,
Yes, you can apply for both Computer based test and Offline Based Test.Due to COVID-19 authorities introduced Remote Proctored Internet-Based Test (IBT).So you can apply for IBT and PBT mode.However, you need to apply separately for IBT and PBT.The slots are given for IBT but for CBT and PBT
