mat exam stands for management aptitude test, syllabus is prescribed by AIMA, and has 5 sections, from each sections there will be 40 questions, however there is no separate sectional cutoff, but since it is an mcq type exam, it is always better to prepare full syllabus, however english

I think you have graduated on bachelor of  dental surgery, see the eligibility criteria for mba in nit rourkela is candidates must have studies B. Tech. or B.E. or B. Arch. (with mathematics as one of the subjects in Class XII), or four year degree programme leading to B.

Dear Aspirant,

A point you need to consider is that MAT is becoming less relevant as CMAT is the premier examination for the top B Schools.  It will be difficult to apply to government colleges  as the competition is more intense.  Some colleges that will take an above 80 percentile
