Yes ! You can't take admission in NMIMS without giving NPAT exam. Though they have issued a regIstration form for students who haven't given NPAT ,but you wouldn't get the preferred course except for textile industry or some other engineering in which vacancy of the seats will be only 1% (that too if you're lucky) …
They never count CET or JEE marks...

AIMS Test for Management Admissions (ATMA) is a test approved by AICTE as one of the five tests through with B-Schools can admit fresh students. Each college uses the ATMA score to admit students.
There is no cut off list college wise for ATMA scores. Some websites do provide such a list. But it is impossible to vouch for its correctness. It would better for you to look at individual schools once your score card arrives and then decide.
