you have to just fill up the only 12th standard marks while 11th is no where considerable remmember even though they ask you subject wise marks they ask you only 12th while there is rare chance of asking 11th firstly give them 12th only

 Under recommendation coloum you can write about whoever under the sun who have recommanded you so if its yours father or uncle or if not the that case also you can still write your fathers or uncle's detail in MDI form
