Admission to BHMS colleges takes place through two ways -:

1. AIQ (15% seats) : admission based on Neet scores
2. State quota (85% seats) : it differs with respect to different states, some take entrance exam while some do it on the basis of NEET

GMERS is a semi-government medical college which does not have any reservations for All India Quota. It has seats for Gujrat domicile, management and NRI quota. As you are from Delhi, you don't have Gujarat domicile and as a consequence of which you can go through management quota.
