Dear student,
Material Management is much better than b.voc tourism as per my knowledge because it is the field where you will require planning, managing and accompanying raw materials.
It has tieups with the Royal bank of Scotland , offering internships and job opportunities at a high scale. Its average salary is 3 LPA. Designations after passing out are worth it, Materials department executive, storekeeper, logistics manager, etc.
So, this holds a much better option if you are interested in going in this field. Otherwise tourism management is also a good course.
Hope that helps!
Good Luck.

All the best.
Dear Aspirant,
Operational management makes you skilled in process analysis, productivity, responsiveness, quality and product variety and thereafter you can enter in any of these functions of the manufacturing firm,as a professional.
The program exposes management students towards tackling the challenges in logistics, supply chain design and supply chain management. It also develops a skill of continuous looking for ways and means to make operating system or process more efficient to use.
The average salary totally depends on the college,in which college are you doing your MBA but the average package for operations management is approx 8-9 LPA.
Thank you
