The Bangalore campus is a new campus whereas Jaipur campus is an old one so obviously the Jaipur one is better in terms of all the facilities. And also among all the campuses the Manipal campus is the best if you are getting a seat in it you don’t have to think about Bangalore or Jaipur campus. According to your question  Jaipur campus is better.

CSE AI ML at Manipal is a new branch introduced which is good but if you are getting core CSE then you should go for cse core. Also the placements for cse core are fairly good.

As i know and i get information about the mit I'll recommend you to go for cse, cause here best branch is computer science and engineering , while packages offered to other branch is not bad still the highest package generally goes to CSE student that is why this is the best branch here, and also the environment of study for this branch and also for other branch is very high because of tough fight for high package .

even you can choose another options for btech also. it's totally upto you but my recommendation is to go for cse

A full-time BSc (Applied Sciences) in Engineering stream is offered by the International Centre for Applied Sciences (ICAS), Manipal, which is associated with Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). By transferring their credits from the first two years of study, students can finish their first two years of study at MAHE and then continue their studies for the next two years at a prestigious university in a foreign country of their choice, such as the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, and many more. The student can graduate from the programme with an engineering degree from the international university of their choice.
