According to current notifications, the last date to register for MET Application form 2020 has been extended till April 20, 2020 and no announcement has been made for the expected date of the examination and that's due to COVID-19 situation.
The authorities haven't made any announcement regarding correction window

Hello,

NTA has enabled the correction of examination centers now for JEE main.But there isn't any official announcement made by exam conducting authorities of Manipal University regarding the correction in MET application form.We cannot expect if they enable the same kind of facility as NTA did.You need to stay updated
