I dont know about manipal university, however being a LPU alumni, i would recommned LPU.

LPU is a right place for Aerospace Engineering. The programme comes with engineering minors:

2. SPACE ENGINEERING and pathway electives:
3. ADVANCED AEROSPACE TESTING AND DOCUMENTATION for industry immersion. LPU is renowned

It depends on number of participants and it varies every year. 350 is more than enough to just get into Manipal (main campus) if you aren't aspiring for any specific branch, you'll have a choice of just 2 or maybe 3 branches if you're lucky whereas you'll have multiple options
