To be honest, nobody will be able to tell you the exact expenditure but to answer your question the main course fee for B. Tech Chemical Engineering is around 1,441,000 according to their official site.

Also, in addition to the above fees candidates have to pay refundable caution deposit of Rs. 10,000/-(along with the first installment fees.

In terms of Academics and Placements both are almost the same, Then comes fee where VIT has an advantage because fee at Manipal is Nearly double than that of VIT. From the campus Infrastructure point of view, Both campuses are equally good. But what makes Manipal better than VIT is its rules and flexibility give to the students, Unlike VIT here you will be free to do whatever You want.

So is shorts there are only two things on which they are a different one if fee and living expenses which are Higher for Manipal but it is flexible in terms of Rule than VIT so choose as per your Priorities. 

MIT Chennai is excellent college best known for its aggregate placements of above 85% across all branches.

Dedicated placements cell established which provides great assistance in practical interviews and has known to offer 75% internships as minimum .

Final placement has seen lowest package of 3.2lpa and highest package at 39lpa by Adobe.
