The main campus of Manipal, SRM both have got almost equal rating and reviews but the only drawback of Manipal is its quite expensive and after both of them you can consider SASTRA.

MUOET result declared so check your rank. you have less chance for CSE branch in Main campus so you can go for CSE branch in other 2 campuses or choose other branches in Main campus.

Difficult to get core branches in Main campus, you can go for Jaipur campus or other branches in Main campus but you should try for Main campus also.
or you can apply for JAYPEE, Noida, Thapar, Shiv Nadar, LNMIIT, PEC Chandigarh etc. through JEE Main.
