the 2017 cutoff  of ECE course in GEC ,wayanad has been 9690 for SM category and 23736 for MU category . hence you have very high chances of getting an EC seat in GEC wayanad under MU category .

You can't get direct admission in Manipal University Jaipur. You need to give MU OET. Manipal University Online Entrance Test (MU OET) is a university level undergraduate engineering entrance exam conducted by Manipal University every year for admission to its undergraduate engineering courses.

It depends on if seats are vacant till your rank, if seat is not available in tfw category and is available in general category then general category rank will be considered. If  seats are available in both the categories then you can chose in which category you want
