about CSE, no you wont get it even after instrasliding. You may get IT by the third or fourth round. Because 94/200 will get you a rank of around 20k.
But the great thing is, you may get CCE, which is a equivalently good branch.

If it is MNIT Jaipur, the cut off ranks will be varying from year to year and it also depends on your category which was not mentioned , it also depends on whether you belong to home

Yes you can get admission after 1 year drop after completing 12th. It will be based on your merit and how much you score in interview or other selection process.
