Well talking of manipal univ their brochure doesn't quote anything related to your JEEmarks

AS manipal is a private univ you need give their entrance exam and qualify that and have a minimum of 60% in your boards,that will be the main thing you will need.

Whether or not you have cleared general category cut off you need to provide valid EWS category certificate during the document verification.The details which you have given while filling the application form are considered to be true and merit list is prepared based on category.So need to provide EWS

The university has not given the cutoff list so it is impossible to say you the cutoff for NATA or JEE main.Try to score 80% of the total marks to be eligible for the university and other top colleges too.
