At Manipal core branches like CSE, IT, EEE, Mechanical, ECE etc have around 220-240 students per batch. So, getting CSE at Jaipur or IT at main campus would require a bit of luck. Many of the above rankers don't take admission as they only apply as a backup after JEE

As per your said rank in general category, you have almost no chance in MIT manipal. As for manipal campus last year cutoff for cse was around to 2000.
But you have chance to get seat in MIT jaipur for cse branch. As per the last year cutoff
Manipal Jaipur is also a very good campus after the main campu. Companies like Microsoft go there for campus selectioN. If u r very particular about cse then u can go to MUJ. If u can sacrifice that then main campus would be far better
