As per the previous year cutoff, at 2 lakh OBC category rank in JEE Mains Exam clearly there is no chance of getting admission into any of the IIITs in India. The admission in IIITs usually close at 12K OBC category rank while it closes on 33K CRL rank.
You may try for state counselling as you may get a lower cutoff government college with good branch also. You will also admission in private colleges also.

Congratulations for getting good percentile in JEE mains 2020. The percentile you get according to that sorry to say but there are very less chances of getting admission into any NIT.
But as the cut offs may varies year to year and the one of the main advantage for you is you are from Home State quota so you may get chances if you are fortunate so you must try for it. The last year cut offs link the NIT Manipur is given below that will definitely useful for you.
