Manipur College have already released their semester examination routine for all the courses. The odd semester exam will be conducted from March 1, 2021. You can check the exam dates and schedule from the official site of the college.

• Open the official site of Manipal college
• Go to the "Notice" tab and click on "Exam schedules"
• A new window will open which consists all exam date and time for all the courses.
• Click on the notices to view the exam schedule of your respective course.

Yes, Manipur board has reduced the syllabus for class 12th for each of Science Commerce and Arts stream , the syllabus has been reduced by 30%.

This  syllabus  will  be  very  helpful  in  your  preparation  because  it  will  let  you know  the  topics  and  chapters which are included  in  your  examination   , so go well  through  your  syllabus  and  plan your  studies  so  that  you  can  score  well in  your  board  examination.

Admission to only certain courses in IGNOU is done through entrance tests such as BEd, BSc Nursing, MBA etc, admission to Master of Art courses aren't done through entrance test, you just need to pass graduation from a recognized university, and if the course has certain other criteria for instance having studied specific subjects at ug level, then perhaps you have to meet the criteria, other than this when application forms are released you can fill up the form, provide academic and personal details, upload scanned documents(as per requirement), and scanned photo, signature, you will have to pay the requisite fee, and take a print out of  few copies for the form for future references, you'll be informed about the admission status within few days/weeks depending upon the regional centre, you can visit the official website of IGNOU at ignou.nic.in for more details regarding this.

Sorry to say, but you may not get government seat for the session 2020-2021.

With such less marks in ICAR AIEA 2020, it's very possibility that you don't get any college.

You didn't mention your category. But in my opinion, it doesn't matter because your marks doesn't lie in any of the category.

The minimum cut-off for ICAR AIEA for the following categories is-

• SC -  250-300 (Rank - upto 2550)
• ST  - 200-250 (Rank - upto 4550)
• General -  350-450 (Rank - upto 400)
• EWS / OBC  - 300-400 (Rank -upto 680)
• You need to score at least 40-50 percent of the overall marks in order to apply for the entrance exam.

You need to study hard and train yourself correctly, so that you can earn more points in the test. If you really want make your career in agricultural field, then you should prepare well and sit in the next upcoming exam. Otherwise, you can take admission in any college of your choice. You can also go for private colleges of your choices if any.
