what is the minimum mark required in bits hd exam for manufacturing engineering
The cutoff score for manufacturing engineering in bits pilani was 255 last year. This discipline have been removed from bits hyd and bits Goa for past couple of years and is only taught in the pilani branch.
The previous year cutoffs are highly volatile and change each year due to various reasons. But if you have a score considerably above 255 you can have a chance in getting a seat in pilani.

Hii sir I am studying Btech in manufacturing engineering branch can u tell me how I can improve myself to get a good job in manufacturing sector and which companies are recruiting this branch...in India ...
Placement in manufacturing engineering not as good as compared to other branches. The salary/package is quite average and generally ranges from 4-6 LPA.As far as companies are concerned then mainly startups hire candidates of this branch.
Placement depends alot on college so i would be able to help you better if you could mention the name of your college.

While applying job Btech manufacturing engineering students apply job in production branch or mechanical branch bcoz many companies are noticed any manufacturing job ??
Hello,
I am not able to understand your question. From what i have understood a student from other branches are also applying when their branches are not mentioned.
In general, There are many companies now who don't keep these branch barrier. if anyone who statisfy their selection bar, they select the candidate. Later they make all the adjustments and make the students fit into the work.
If you go by branch like i am from manufacturing engineering branch and i should get a job in my branch only then you will get few chances only. Chances are there but options are less as the openings will be less. Here the word Competitive becomes like bottle-neck condition. Here a candidate having expertise in the branch domain will get the job.
So try in general domain and specific domain also. It all depends on luck to get a job.
Hope it helps!
manufacturing engineering students in which branch code can give GATE exam.If mechanical then their are some subject which are not in manufacturing branch is their any problem occur in interview or not????
Manufacturing student can give GATE exam in any of the branch code even not only manufacturing student but also any student can give GATE exam in any of the branch, yep! Definitely there will be a little bit problem at the time of interview when some of the subject you will leave which are not in manufacturing branch but are in mechanical engineering branch code so for that you will have to do extra buckle down.
I hope you got it.
Feel free to ask any query in comment section.
Best of luck.

Hi Sourav! Hope you're having a great day.
Manufacturing Engineering is a branch of professional engineering that shares many common concepts and ideas with other fields of engineering such as mechanical, chemical, electrical and industrial engineering.
You can use this website to find out all about manufacturing engineering whereas there are not much colleges which offer Manufacturing engineering.
