If few cases, you will get the paper with your selected language and official language like English... In most of the cases,you will only get the paper in your selected language..If you are going to attempt any Kind of government examination, then definitely you will get the paper with selected and optional language...  But there's no guarantee of such type if your going with your educational examination. For example, in neet exam, if you select Marathi as your language, you will get the question paper both in Marathi and English. So help us with the exam you are talking about. Again in your boards or 12th exams, if you select Marathi, the question paper will be only in Marathi language.

If your query is whether the questions will be asked in English as well as the language you have chosen then yes, if you choose any language other than English for NEET UG 2020 the question paper will have questions asked in both English and the language you have chosen.

• I would like to tell you that in your Neet 2020 examination , you will have 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology . 45 questions will be from Physics, 45 questions from Chemistry, and 90 questions will be from your biology.

• 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer and there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer.

Many institution give the format of the document required in their information brochure or at the official site. So visit the official site of CAT exam. There in the certificate section you will find the format of all the certificate required.

From there download the  EWS certificate. And after proper attestation submit it.

Code 05 says: The first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognised University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology with English at a level not less than a core course.

These papers aren't readily available online or for free. You could try getting a sample paper book suggested by your university professor. You could also maybe find them in a library. It's generally a little hard to obtain these papers online because they aren't uploaded straightaway.
