Sorry to say but this can't bee predicted in advance. Whether to give grace marks to students or not is completely decided by the board authorities. If they find the paper difficult you may get grace marks.

But I will suggest you instead of wasting your time in thinking

Assuming you are a General/OBC Category Aspirant, you should target securing atleast 75-100/300 in JEE Main in March and target on consolidating the score in May and April Attempts to atleast 130/300 to secure a Good NIT/GFTI/IIIT.
