If you have filled your Application correctly for the first time, then there is no need for you to apply again for other sessions! The one Application is enough for other sessions. If you want to attend other sessions, then you can add it to your Application which

The ews certificate is generally valid for a year, so if you issued your ews certificate on 23rd March, 2020 then it would just be valid for the year 2020-21. However I would recommend you to check the validity date of the certificate, it is usually written somewhere
