Admit card has been released for only February session and not for March ,April and May session for which you have applied and as you have not applied for February

Yes, you can apply for March April and May season even if you had not applied for February session

This is because,

One will have opportunity to apply again for the remaining March/ April / May Sessions as application window will be re-opened for these sessions
