Yes , you are eligible fir a number of exams provided you have completed the age limit,
The different exams for which you are eligible are:
CDS : min age 19 , exam in Feb and Nov
SBI po / clerk : min age 21 , exam in June or

see you did not mention the institute name from which you are applying for. see if you have practical papers as well as theory papers then it is required to appear in both of the papers. unless your result will remain in complete. please if you have any issues

i am not sure, but since you'll be appearing for examinations that you haven't cleared previously, I think it would be based on the old syllabus because if there are significant changes in the syllabus and you haven't been trained about that, they cant't ask you the questions. However,
