As you asked for suggestion between ISB&M pune and PIBM pune . I will suggest you go for ISB&M  over the other one as placement record of ISB&M is 100% for both internship and final placements. Top MNCs come for recritment and students also receive PPO.

There is no M.Tech at BITS Pilani. The degree given is M.E. and it is given in

• Microelectronics(Pilani,Goa,Hyderabad)
• Embedded Systems(Pilani, Goa)
• Communication Engineering(Pilani, Hyderabad)

All three are great courses with nice placement. It all depends on your interest.

 i think you should reapply for jee mains april session,the application will be available from 8 feb to march 7 2019.so you can  correct your mistake this time.if you do any mistake this time also,there is a option.the correction window for april will be available from 11
