Yes you are eligible for the JEE mains .
If you have more than 75% or in top 20 percentile in 12 th boards for general category.
And more than 65% marks in boards for ST/SC category.

hello krishnendu,

no, you can't take admissions in ME course.since you did b.sc chemistry ,you're not eligible for doing masters in engineering.for that, you should have completed B.E/B.Tech courses in engineering.

if you're interested in biomedical engineering,then do b.e first then only you can apply for m.e courses.

Yes you are eligible for all the exams and forms even if your board results are awaited. You can  fill the application forms with your admit card.

Since youll appear in march 2019 for your 12th finals, you can register for CA foudation by april or so , enquire in your nearby CA foundation course classes , if you do so before June 30th 2019 , you would be elligible to take up the CPT exam

as per the guidelines laid down you should only be passing with 50% in each of aggregate including physics, chemistry and biology and value pass or fail in your state subject should not found regarding your eligibility for appearing in the neet examination and subsequent verification and counselling so it

see if you failed in mathematics it will not really matter because the rules laid down state that you must be scoring 50% in at least each of physics, chemistry and biology in 8th class 12 board examination in the year of past does not really matter at this point
