Hey, As per the predictions, the cutoff for OBC category will be in between 70-75 percentile. https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff/amp So, there are chances that you will qualify the exam. And about JoSSA, everyone is allowed to participate in JoSSA counselling irrespective of the fact whether they have qualified jee main or not. So you can participate, but seats are given to those who qualify the exam with a decent rank. Just qualifying is not enough to get a seat in participating institutes of JoSSA counselling.
However with this score you can get colleges like: GNOIT GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, GREATER NOIDA TIT, BHOPAL DITM, SONEPAT LNCT BHOPAL Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT), Delhi Fore more predictions of the colleges that you might get with this score, you can use the college predictor tool. https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hello Buddy! Hope you're doing good.
As your OBC-NCL certificate is of this year but according to the guidelines the category certificate shouldn't have to exceed 1 APRIL, 2021. So your category certificate will not be valid in JOSSA counselling. So kindly update your category certificate, you have certain time for this otherwise you will be treated as a general candidate in the JOSAA Counselling. Hope this will help you.
ALL THE BEST! WORK HARD !!
