Ive done my 12th boards in 2018 with 62%. And give jee main in 2018,19,20. in 2019 i give my boards from bbose(open board) and get result in month of march 2020. will i be eligible for jee 2021 mains?

Hope you are doing great there . I am really very sorry to say this but you will not be eligible for JEE 2021 since you have already given mains in three consecutive years that is 2018,2019 and 2020.

No you cannot fill the NDA 1 2022 form you are not eligible for NDA anymore. To be eligible for NDA candidate must be between the age limit of  16.5 to 19.5 years  and there is no age relaxation provided to reserved category applicants for the NDA & NA

Yes you can apply for the CMAT 2022.

But according to eligibility criteria result of your exams will have to came before the commencement of admission for colleges in academic year of 2022-23.
So, you have to clear all the backlogs and their results including your final result

There is no minimum percentage requirement to appear for JEE Main. You must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from a recognized board in order to be eligible to appear for JEE Main.
