i got 54.17 percentile in jee march session am i eligible to get qualified for advanced or get any seat in nit?

These can be due to normalization amongst all the shifts. In general if your level of the paper is easy (as per NTA) then its expected that you will get less percentile than the other with harder questions.

So this can be the explanation for which it is possible.
