In terms of the scope of HR or Marketing, both specialisation having good scope. its depends on the person to person. But in terms of growth perspective marketing is better than the HR. Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing (BBA(Marketing)) is a general course. And Bachelors of Business Administration in Digital Marketing (BBA (Digital Marketing)) is a specialisation in BBA in Marketing.

BBA in Marketing would be a better choice rather than BBA in Digital Marketing.
