In NEET 2020 the cutoff for ST category through all India counselling after round 2 was:
nearly 1 lakh rank i.e nearly 475 marks .
in the NEET 2021 the cutoff for ST category through all india counselling after round 1 was:
102589 rank i.e. nearly 470
The cut-off for government BAMS colleges in Uttar Pradesh was 410 marks. Since we can see the rank and marks inflation this year was sky-rocketing, you have low chances of getting a government college. You can try for private BAMS colleges where you have good chances based on
