A category seats are Government quota seats in private medical colleges but in all India counselling private medical colleges  do not participate, they offer admission through state counselling only, in all India counselling you have government medical colleges and deemed  Universities

Hope you are fine, Tentative cutoff for these courses are as follows

BDS- 500+ F for govt colleges and 450+ for private colleges.

BAMS- 470+ for govt colleges, 420+ for semi govt, and 350+ for private.

Cutoff changes from year to year.
