I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 365 marks in your neet examination. With the marks scored the chances are low for you to get a government seat for BAMS in Maharashtra. Anyways you could get a seat in private colleges through management.
Grace marks are counted. So, if your aggregated marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology are above 50% (including grace marks), you will be eligible to get admission in your desired course and college.
