As you have asked that question i want to inform you that with marks of 384 in NEET it's not possible to get MBBS in government college through any quota until and unless you are PwD candidate either through state counselling or all india counselling anywhere in India.

You need to Pass your Sr. Secondary(10+2) education with minimum 40% of maximum marks and you should have Commerce/Mathematics as a subject at Sr. Secondary level to get admission in Netaji Subhash University, Jamshedpur for B.Com program.
