As you have asked about admission fees in iit so I would be considering the b.tech fees for this. So, in every iit the fees including your hostel and mess is around 10-12L per annum.

It's quite difficult to predict  cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors. Since you have 177 marks  in your NEET exam 2021.With a 177 marks there are less chances  to get  government medical college.
