As per the latest report, the ESIC quota have been cancelled and all the seat are now moved into All India quota. But according to your score and on basis of previous year cutoffs, you can get admission in private medical colleges such as:

• IIMSR, Lucknow
• Dr D

With a Score of 181/720 in NEET, you will have negligible chances of securing BDS in any Government Dental College, in spite of your OBC Quota and Home State Advantage. You should rather target Private Dental Colleges/Management/ NRI Quota for Admission or maybe consider a Drop if youre determined enough
