If we go through NEET 2021 cut-offs to qualify against respective categories it has been as follows-

• General/Unreserved :720-138 (corresponding to 50 percentile)
• SC/ST/OBC: 137-108(corresponding to 40 percentile)
• UR-PH:137-122(corresponding to 45 percentile)
• SC/ST/OBC-PH: 121-108(corresponding to 45 percentile)

Hence, if you belong to UR, then you need at least 138
