It's hard for getting AIQ seats as it requires more than 600.Ot also depends on state for some states it's 500 minimum. But you can try for state quota seats.

See it is very difficult to determine the cut-off for any particular state because there are various medical colleges in a state but yes with 460 marks you would be getting some medical colleges on the basis of previous years cut off.
