It is difficult to tell you the exact admission possibilities, because every year cutoff varied due to various reasons, If we talk about NEET the previous year cutoffs of general category is 446-473 but that is qualifying cutoff you will be eligible for counseling but that does not guaranty

According to previous year cutoffs trend, there is very low chances for you to get government college for MBBS in your category in Andhra Pradesh. To get government college one must score atleast 540+ marks in NEET UG exam in your category.
