Surely, doing MBBS course from government college is better than doing MBBS course from private college. The fees of government college is much lesser than private colleges. There are large number of patients that visit government medical colleges, the teachers are highly learned, and you can work on real patients.

KMC Manipal is a deemed college and there is no reservation for Karnataka state domicile candidates.

So cut off marks will be same for all students irrespective of their state.

For 2020 expected NEET UG score is 536-545.
