Sorry to disappoint you but as you already know that NEET cut off goes 500+ and even then at times few student fail to get good college.
So one need a high score in order to get a good government medical college.

Last year cut off marks for GMC, CHANDIGARH for SC category female was AIR 158937 and 424 marks .

Jharkhand have only three govt medical College in state so it's cut off marks goes very high.

Last year cut off marks for Gen category through state counselling was 604 marks.
