It is difficult to predict as marks vs percentile vs rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like
number of students that appeared in the exam,
kind of marks obtained by them ,
toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc.

Getting govt BAMS college at 250 marks in obc category is quite difficult. As you haven't mentioned any state name so I'll tell you about all india Ayush counselling. Last year cut off marks for obc category in all india Ayush counselling for 15% seats was approx 515
