To get admission for MBBS into any UK College , you must be 18 years and above. As per the details given above , you are eligible because you got above 80% in 10+2 boards. Your NEET marks are 263 and is enough for the required percentile.

For NIT, being from ST Category, you must target atleast a ST Rank of 3000 for somewhat a good number of prospects among NITs. You may secure a Lower Rank till 3500, but then, your prospects decrease.
