The cut off for each category is institute specific. Each institute has different cut off for each branch. At the end of counselling the cut off for each institute will be released. To get admission in to a decent college under VJ category you need to score minimum 80-85

It varies from college to college however most colleges keep their eligibility percentile at a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for general category students and 45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates. You will have to check the eligibility criteria for the course you wish to pursue on the official website
