Hello, since you haven’t mentioned the exam or the college I will presume though exam in question is JEE Mains. The cut-offs of last year but pretty much be on the same lines this year too.

JEE Main rank is only valid for the year in which you have taken the examination. In JEE Main counselling only take the current year score is evaluated.  You can not seat for JEE Main 2021 counselling with JEE 2020 result.
