what does 2 nd round counselling mean under state quota in andra pradesh? do we have any chance to get seat in 2 nd round counselling? for example I belong to bc a category in neet 2020 I scored 478 marks but in 1 st round counselling last mark cut off was 488 do I have any chance in round 2 ?

Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.

See on such marks you have no chance to get any of the college through NEET score because you have not even qualified NEET 2020 on such score and in Maharashtra for Physiotherapy course NEET score

See there is no any concept of free seat at all so you have to either go for government quota seat or management quota seats.

On such marks you have good chances of getting some medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
