For qualify in Karnataka PGCET for MBA candidates have to achieve at least 50% marks that is out of total 100marks it is 50 marks.
You have got 45marks in PGCET MBA Karnataka.
So sorry to say there is a less chance to get admission in MBA courses

See through JEE-Main you can only go for B.Tech course and if you have 50% marks in class 12th then also there is no need to worry because to qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria but yes if you want to take admission

The basic eligibility criteria of NEET says that, you must have passed 12th class with an aggregate percentage of 50% in your PCB subjects. So calculate your aggregate percentage for PCB subjects. If it is above 50% then surely you are eligible for NEET, otherwise you are not
