If your father's name is different from the marksheets of class 10th or 12th then there is need to worry but that's the case where either the name is mis-spelt or the name is completely wrong but in your case there is full name on the marksheet but

In the notification, its nowhere mentioned any separate qualifying marks for Droppers & Freshers. So yeah the eligibility is applicable for both the cases.
