Probable Rank = (100- percentile score) X 286167 /100
If percentile score is 90.70, rank will be (100-90.70) X 286167/100 = 25945
With the marks scored you won't be able to get seat in an government college but surely you can get a seat in private colleges. Because for getting a seat into government college you need to score 100+ in Mht-Cet exam.
Hope this helps
Good Luck
